I’ve tried reaching out to the store (3 times) but can’t get a response. I ordered 2 masks 5/8/20, received and email 6/7/20 saying it’s being shipped and gave me a tracking #. Followed the tracking but info stopped on 6/11/20 and never showed delivered or even left LA and the order has never been received. USPS checked it out but it never made it to a USPS location. I realize issues happen but can someone reach out to me. It’s not about the money but I want the masks. PLEASE let me know how to find out what has happened with my order. Thank you for any help you can offer
